We Founded an Agency.

Threadpoint was born in Q4 2024. By January 1, 2025, we had our first client. In those early months, we worked with anyone that came through the door — Klaviyo, Listrak, Mailchimp, Yotpo, you name it. We just wanted to grow.
But by mid-2025, our vision became crystal clear: Klaviyo is far and away the best email platform, and we needed to go all in on partnering with them. So we did. Everything changed after that.

Our approach: every onboarding includes an SMS and Marketing Analytics pitch. We don't stop at email — we expand Klaviyo's footprint inside every account.

One of our biggest contributions to the Klaviyo ecosystem has been guiding brands off legacy platforms and onto Klaviyo. We handle the strategy, the technical migration, and the post-migration optimization so that brands feel confident making the switch.

The Dooney & Bourke migration was a team effort. Our co-founder Roger served as fractional CMO, guiding the brand off of Listrak. Will McKinley from Klaviyo's sales team gave Dooney's team a great experience. Threadpoint handled the agency work to ensure a seamless transition. Today, Dooney & Bourke is a champion of Klaviyo and has offered to serve as a case study for other brands looking to switch from Listrak.

Customer Growth Event
Co-hosted with Caitlin Rose's Customer Growth team at a private Colorado Avalanche suite. We packed the room with high-value brands and created real pipeline opportunities for Klaviyo.

Our partnership with Klaviyo isn't just strategic — it's operational. We share a combined Slack channel where Klaviyo reps and Threadpoint team members collaborate in real time on deals, migrations, strategy, and product adoption.

Threadpoint Inbox Placement
In Q2 2026, we cracked Gmail's algorithm. Our proprietary drag-and-drop HTML block slots directly into Klaviyo's campaign builder and tells Gmail to filter emails into the Primary tab, not Promotions. The results have been staggering.

BIMI Implementation
We actively help brands implement BIMI (Brand Indicators for Message Identification) as part of our Klaviyo deliverability services. BIMI displays a brand's verified logo directly in the inbox, increasing trust, recognition, and open rates.
We include BIMI setup as part of every deliverability and sender reputation engagement, ensuring maximum visibility from every email sent through Klaviyo. Brands who add BIMI typically see a 10–15% increase in click rates across our accounts.
Threadpoint Inbox Placement is ONLY available on Klaviyo. We have not rolled it out across any other ESP. This is a competitive advantage for brands on the platform and a powerful selling point for migration conversations.
