Accessibility Statement
Threadpoint is committed to making threadpoint.agency usable by everyone, including people who browse with screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology.
Our standard
We work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, which is the standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508.
What we have done
- Automated WCAG 2.1 AA testing (axe-core) across our home page, service pages, industry pages, blog and contact page.
- Text and background colors corrected so body copy, labels and footer links meet the 4.5:1 minimum contrast ratio.
- Email design galleries made fully keyboard operable: cards are focusable, open with Enter or Space, and the preview closes with Escape.
- Visible focus outlines on links, buttons and interactive cards.
- Descriptive alternative text on images, a skip-to-content link, page language declared, and accessible names on embedded content.
- Expandable FAQ sections announce their open or closed state to screen readers.
Ongoing work
Accessibility is not a one-time project. We re-test after significant site changes and are continuing to improve landmark structure and heading order in our site template.
