Booking Confirmed - Strategy Call

Email & SMS · Strategy Call

Thanks for booking. You’re on the calendar.

Your call is confirmed. We will use the time to understand your current email and SMS program and map out where the revenue is hiding at the bottom of your funnel.

A quick hello from Frank, founder of Threadpoint

A confirmation email is on its way. It includes your calendar invite and the video call link. If you do not see it in a few minutes, check your Promotions or spam tab, and add us to your contacts so nothing gets buried.

Frequently asked questions

The questions brands usually ask before the call, answered up front. Start with what happens next.

What comes next?
1

Discovery call

A straightforward conversation about your business, your goals, and where things stand.

2

Understand your current email & SMS program

We dig into what is live today: your flows, campaign cadence, segmentation, list growth, and how much of your revenue email and SMS are actually driving.

3

Access to your email platform for the audit

You give us access to your email platform, and we run a full audit of your flows, deliverability, segmentation, and revenue attribution.

4

Follow-up call to present findings

We book a second call to walk you through what we found, the biggest revenue opportunities in priority order, and what a program with us would look like.

Nothing to prepare. Come as you are. If you already know your biggest frustration with email and SMS, bring it, that is usually the fastest place to start.

What exactly do you handle?

We have a few different packages. Consulting is helping you with scheduling, segmentation, basically giving you the answers your team can go and execute. Flows means we build a full flow for you every month and manage the existing flows. Full service is soup to nuts, everything from strategy through execution.

Full service covers strategy, segmentation, flow architecture, campaigns, deliverability, build, QA, sends and reporting.

How much does Threadpoint cost?

Consulting starts at $2,500/month, Flows at $3,500/month, Flows plus Consulting at $5,000/month, Full-Service at $6,000/month, and Fractional Head of Retention at $10,000/month. Larger programs are scoped individually.

In every proposal we include the incremental revenue we expect to drive, so you can see where the return comes from before you commit.

How quickly can we start, and what happens first?

We need about two weeks to onboard. It is a pretty intensive process, because we want to understand your brand, your customers and their objections. After those two weeks we can hit the ground running, and if it is urgent we can move faster.

The order is: discovery call, account access, audit and strategy, then we come back with findings and priorities. If we are a fit, we move into onboarding and launch.

Who am I actually going to work with?

Frank guides onboarding and gets everybody up to speed. From there you have an account manager who takes over. We typically only hire lifecycle veterans with 10-plus years of experience, we have a full team of designers, and the leadership team stays involved.

Across the team, that is 75+ years of retention and lifecycle experience. Frank is always a Slack message or a text away.

Am I locked into a long-term contract?

No. Our contracts are month to month. Every month we should prove to you that we belong, and if you do not feel that way you have a 30-day opt-out.

The flows we build live in your account and remain yours.

How do you work with our existing team?

For most brands we build out the top-level email calendar, then work through segmentation, and your team executes from there.

We are not trying to replace your internal person. Depending on the engagement we provide the strategy and technical layer while your team executes, or we take more of the execution off your plate entirely.

We have been burned by agencies before. Why should we trust Threadpoint?

Frank has a real disdain for agencies in general. Attribution and platform data are easy to manipulate, so everything we do should measure back to your P&L. We are trying to measure what actually matters to your business.

You also see the audit findings before committing to anything, the work is built in your account, and the flows we build remain yours.

How do you measure whether this is actually working?

If we launch a welcome series, your new customer acquisition cost should decrease. If we launch an abandonment flow, your website conversion rate should increase.

That means looking past opens and clicks at MER, LTV, contribution margin, CAC, conversion and repeat purchase, depending on what we are trying to improve.

Threadpoint is an email and SMS agency built on one platform. We went all in on Klaviyo, and in our first twelve months as a partner we went from zero to Master Platinum, the highest partner tier Klaviyo awards.

We own the bottom of the funnel: the flows, campaigns, segmentation, and deliverability that turn traffic you already paid for into purchases, and one-time buyers into repeat customers.
