    Deliverability

    • We improved their overall deliverability with better audience segmenting, improvements to design & accessibility, alt text, and exclusion lists
      • Contrary to common belief, a rising unsubscribe rate can be a great indicator of deliverability. As we’ve improved their domain reputation, we are seeing unsubscribes increase due to higher visibility in the inbox. This is their customers’ natural way of self-monitoring if they still want to receive emails. 

    List Growth

    • We remade the pop up form and refined the logic of how it showed up on the website
    • Last 30 days, SMS opt ins are up 28% and email opt ins are up 80%

    Email Revenue

    • We increased email revenue by 12.57%, while also reducing platform costs and increasing ROI. (No we didn’t just increase sending volume). 


    Shopify Revenue

    • From May 12 - June 16, Shopify net sales increased 13%. 
      • That was +$88,787 in net additional revenue!
