- Contrary to common belief, a rising unsubscribe rate can be a great indicator of deliverability. As we’ve improved their domain reputation, we are seeing unsubscribes increase due to higher visibility in the inbox. This is their customers’ natural way of self-monitoring if they still want to receive emails.
List Growth
- We remade the pop up form and refined the logic of how it showed up on the website
- Last 30 days, SMS opt ins are up 28% and email opt ins are up 80%
